Our Services: We represent people who have been negligently injured or maimed, and families of persons wrongfully killed. We represent people injured in California, no matter where they live. Our offices are in Southern California, but we travel to meet with clients and handle claims whenever it is prudent. Our goal is to provide our clients individualized attention. If you feel that you are just a number to your attorney, you probably are.

Tort Reform: The system is not broken, though it is under attack. “Tort Reform” is a marketing slogan that misleads (it is a lie). When you hear politicians pushing Tort Reform, they are seeking to strip away fundamental Constitutional rights which presently allow American citizens to take their grievances to an independent forum to be heard. Tort Reform does nothing more than arbitrarily cap damages an injured person may obtain, and preserve profits for companies that are responsible for injuring people. Tort Reform is another way of saying, “let’s maximize corporate profits, and do so at the expense of American civil liberties”.
